Rihanna's Trip to the Mall in Monte Carlo

Barbados-born, American singer, Rihanna shocked shoppers in a Monte Carlo mall recently when she appeared dressed in what appears to be a swimming costume and a lacy shirt...with thongs!

The paparazzi had a field day. Curious shoppers pulled out their smartphones and captured her image as she visited shops.

Rihanna always pushed at the boundaries of society and her latest stint proves no different. She appeared casual and relaxed, enjoying the attention and went about her trip to the mall as any normal woman would...with her bag in hand.

I think Rihanna deliberately wanted to show off her toned body ergo the trip to the mall, a very public and crowded place. She could have chosen to remain on the yacht where her costume wouldn't have raised any eyebrows or caused an outcry. She looks great and certainly has loads of self-confidence.

I can imagine Inspector General of the Namibian Police, Sebastian Ndeitunga, becoming epileptic with rage should it be reported Rihanna took a stroll through Maerua Mall or Wernhil in this outfit. To the inspector general, with all respect, this girl is certainly a force to be reckoned with.

RECYCLE NAMIBIA FORUM: 6th Schools' Recycling Competition

The Recycle Namibia Forum (RNF) is once again inviting schools to participate in the 6 th Schools Recycling Competition (SRC) which commences on 1 March 2014 . Prizes for the top three schools with the most collected recyclables, includes N$10 000 as first prize sponsored by Namibia Breweries Limited, N$5 000 for second prize sponsored by Collect-a-Can and a third prize of N$2 500 from Plastic Packaging. There will be additional prizes for the best performing school in the Khomas, Coastal and Northern regions.
